Cleaning Committee
Cleanliness leads to AtmaShuddhi ! Keeping our Temple Green and Clean, delights Festival Devotees. Volunteers from this committee supervise cleaning crew, plan for adequate trash bins, supplies, dumpsters, set up cleaning schedules for kitchen, restrooms and shoe rack areas. Parking Committee
Be the first to welcome devotees to OUR festival by serving in Parking Committee! Volunteers from this committee plan for adequate parking spots, frequent shuttle services from off-site parking to temple, manage traffic during peak times. We provide safety jackets, rain coats etc. to volunteers. You will be working in a group. Indian Association members are welcome to perform Parking Sewa.

Take Ganesha to People! Including everyone and reaching out to community is a mission. Volunteers with graphic design and desktop publishing skills, Youtube bloggers, Wix website developers, social media warriors are welcome here. You will design and distribute Festival's 80-page brochure, collect adverts, manage festival's website, run social media campaigns for max turnout.

IndiaFest Committee
IndiaFest Volunteers organize the weekend outdoor fun-filled part of the festival. We order tents & children's play equipment, book food and commercial vendors, collect vendor payments, host Mudra Dance Festival, Children's Talent Show and other entertainment programs. During the Indiafest, volunteers sale food coupons. .Join the fun ! Youth 13 and above are welcome to help.
Finance, Front Desk Committee
Help sustain this festival by working with donors, devotees and receiving their wargani contributions for the festival. Volunteers will set up call center, solicit donations, remind supporters to donate generously. Volunteers also keep the daily accounts, issue donation packages, donor invitation passes. Ice cream, Paan and Tea sale is also managed by this group on daily basis during the festival.

Host & Hospitality Committee
In this committee, you will work with volunteer Host families to organize artists hosting, make arrangements in LakshmiNarayan Niwas, Green room tea/coffee arrangements and daily artists welcome & felicitation help. You will plan to purchase all snacks & supplies, work with food committee for artist foods, tea/coffee etc.
Audio, Auditorium, Lighting Committee
Technical Volunteers in this committee manage the entertainment hub of the festival for 10-days both indoors, outdoors, and in deity hall. Pre-festival inventory and setup is major work. Mission to to facilitate Musical/Dance Offering by Artists to Lord Ganesha. Daily operation of Audio & Lighting system, daily mic set up on stage, Auditorium seating arrangement are some of the tasks.

Spirituality to see Ganesha in each devotee and selfless service towards HIM, is desired of volunteers in this committee. Volunteers plan & help in Havan, Daily Alankar & Rajopchar, Clean and set up Aartis, Prasad distribution, orderly Darshan. Organize 4 major events Gauri Puja, MahaAbhisekam, Ganesh Vivah & Children's Ganesh Puja

MahaPrasad Committee
Planning, cooking and serving daily evening fresh MahaPrasad with Smile to Ganesh Devotees is a mission. Volunteers work with area restaurants, Associations, residential community groups to solicit Mahapraasad items help in kind or cooking in temple kitchen. We serve close to 10,000 meals in this festival. Indian Association members & community groups are welcome for Mahaprasad Sewa.

Youth Committee - YCOMM
We inspired and trained 500+ youth over last 18 years of PGF ! Hindu Youth from area high schools and middle schools are welcome to join. Training and Certificates of work with hours, will be provided. NHS Letters are also provided to deserving leaders. Volunteers will help complete major tasks given by other committees. 7 Youth leaders will organize 100+ youth together to assign tasks evenly.

Unleash artistic decorator in you in this committee. Volunteers create and execute unique concepts of Ganesh Aaras Decoration, Gauri Arch Decoration, Ganesh Vivah Mandap Decoration, Auditorium/Stage and Temple decoration.

Procession Committee
Join to organize Arrival, Vivah and Immersion Processions, define timelines. You will work with Area associations, Balvihars and dance schools to enlist procession dance performances and coordinate with Dhol Tasha and Lejhim group. You will set up carpets, chairs, tables etc. and enlist the holders of colorful flags, Abdagiris and give headgears to dignitaries, performers, devotees.
